Our goal is 100% satisfaction, but sometimes (not very often) we do make non-intentional mistakes. If you have a problem with something EMAIL is best as we can research and respond to your needs much more efficiently. We do our best to keep all pictures current and up to date. However, there are times that we run out of an item and when the new item comes back in stock, it is of a new design. If you receive your item and do not like the new design, please email us on how you would like to handle the situation.

Returns are accepted only 15 days after the shipping date. For orders that are returned, or orders that are cancelled after they are shipped, there will be a restocking fee of 25% and we will not refund the original s/h charges you were billed, since we already paid to have the order delivered.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Our shipping rates are based off of the shipping weight of the item or items you are purchasing. The easiest way to figure your shipping costs before actually purchasing anything is as follows:

Step 1: Enter all of the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.

Step 2: Click on the View Cart box at the upper right hand of the screen, if you are not already on the checkout page.

Step 3: Enter in all of your shipping information.

Step 4: Choose the shipping method you wish to use. USPS Priority Mail is the most cost effective method of shipping.

Step 5: Click on the apply button next to the shipping method box.

Step 6: Your order total will now display your total cost for merchandise ordered and shipping charges. This does not finalize your order as you have not yet entered any billing information. You must complete this to place your order.
